Stage Services Ltd supply custom manufactured internally wired lighting bars or IWBs. All lighting bars are designed and manufactured to professional theatre standards and are available as single lighting bars, ladder lighting bars, or full stage lighting grids. All Internally wired lighting bars are pre wired in 1.5mm 6491B low smoke and fume or 2.5mm Tri rated cable depending on connector type with extra 2.5mm tri rated earth bonds. DMX, NL4 & RJ45 will be wired with industry standard cables.
Each length of tube is bonded back to the Earth pin inside the termination box.
Unless otherwise stated sockets will be evenly spaced along the length, wiring is to din mounted terminals with a common earth and each circuit identified with cable clip on numbers.
IWB Stage lighting bars are custom manufactured to order, and no standard lighting bars are held in stock.

All Internally wired lighting bars are tested to IEC 60439-1 , continuity and polarity tested, we can also offer insulation resistance testing if required. Socket housing identification labels can also be supplied.
We can supply a full range of mounting options including lighting bar clamps, rsj clamps, ceiling saddles etc. for IWBs
Various IWB terminal box options are available including end or side mounted boxes. All boxes contain DIN rail terminals.
Lighting bars are manufactured with a combination of any connector type specified. 15A round pin is still the theatre standard for dimmer circuits.
